The effect the magician places a half dollar and an Mexican 20 Centavo coin in a spectator's hand. The spectator closes their hand, you reach in and remove the half dollar. Now "invisibly" remove the 20 Centavo. Of course, the spectator will insist that the centavo is still in their hand, but when they open it, the centavo has changed to a quarter!
