Puzzling Queen
With Puzzling Queen, you get to drive a hole right through your beautiful assistant’s torso! Perform an incredible stage illusion in miniature with this new 1999 effect from Tenyo! You insert a playing card into a plastic frame, and stick a hollow plastic tube through the center of the card. When your spectator peeks through the tube, there is nothing but emptiness where the card should be! You can prove that nothing is there, by pushing a borrowed pen or pencil straight through the tube. When you remove the tube, the hole in the card vanishes instantly! You can then remove the card from the frame, and let it be examined. Just like the stage illusionist who puts their assistant in a box and makes their torso vanish, now you perform a stage magic illusion right in front of your spectator’s eyes. Your beautiful assistant in this pocket size illusion will be the Queen of Hearts! Magic expert Richard Kaufman reviewed this effect, and stated, “this is the best example of this type of card frame I’ve ever seen - the ‘sleeper’ of the lot” of the new Tenyo effects. Created by Toru Suzuki, and with clear instructions by Steve Cohen.
