Magician's Insurance Policy

MAGICIAN'S INSURANCE POLICY TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THIS POLICY. The magician must be performing with a full deck of cards. The Audience must make their choice from a full deck of cards. This policy does not cover attack by an armed audience. Special "Sleight-of-Mouth" Clause: This allows the magician to talk his way out of any situation provided he's bigger than the spectator. This policy can be cancelled in accordance with the whims of the Insurance Company . The Magician is entitled to a second, and a third chance to find the chosen card providing the spectator weighs less than 400 pounds and looks peaceful. Effect (With Three Spectators) Three spectators select 3 cards. Performer asks them to remember and retain the cards, as he will attempt to find them. After failing to find the selected cards and naming a wrong card, he removes an 'Insurance Policy ' from his pocket. He explains that he is not worried because he is insured for just such an eventuality by his Insurance Company . "This policy will refund your ticket money or pay my fees, if I can't locate your selected cards!", he tells the spectators and proceeds to read out some of the Terms And Conditions of the policy. As he comes to the last line, he opens the policy and discloses the first spectator's selected card printed on it. (Jumbo Size). Opening the policy one more fold, he discloses the second spectator's selected card printed on it. (Super Jumbo Size). Finally opening the last fold of the policy, he discloses the third spectators selected card, printed on it. (Super Giant Size). Effect (With one Spectator) In this effect, a spectator selects a card, and after failing to find the selected card, performer opens his 'Insurance Policy' and discloses a printed '10 of Hearts'.
